Asad came on time and fixed the slow leak. But he tried multiple tests and decided that more work was needed. He looked at the piping from below and decided that it was close to the place where the house pipes met the city pipes. He used a different entry point to clear that also. Worked sincerely and seemed to know what he was doing.
