Working with Danny was super easy and smooth. Originally had plans to paver my entire drive way and he had came out to give a quote on that. After he came, I found out that in Alameda County you cannot pave 100% of your front yard. Paver plan couldn’t happen anymore but after letting him know, he came up with some options on what I can do. Ended up going with just mulching and setting up a walking path. His team showed up and completed the project in the time he had given. Cleaned up everything and some stuff that I had laying around the yard. My backyard needs to be remodeled and I would work with Danny again on that project when the time comes.

Details: Complete renovation like replacing soil or hardscape services • Patio - pavers or stone • Walkway - pavers or stone • Front yard • No, one-time project • Home

Phan was excellent in every way! Excellent at responding and understanding what we needed done for our project. After the project was finished, they cleaned and sweeped. Definitely not like others we have hired in the past where debris were left for us to clean and or dispose of. The project we had Phan do finished off our front yard He put in a border to keep the sand from being washed away with the rain onto the sidewalk. He totally understood what we needed! Thank you so much for your attention to detail and your professional demeanor!

Danny and his team did a fabulous job in renovating our backyard to bring our dreams come true !!
Here are the following reasons why I think someone should hire him:
-> Danny is good at translating vague ideas in customer's mind into tangible designs. He does a good job of quantifying the scope of work
-> I did my due diligence in finding the best rates to get our work done, and I couldn't find any other contractor who was even close enough to estimates that Danny provided. His pricing is very reasonable
-> Him and his team are real hard workers. They seldom rest and are very focused in the getting the work done quick
-> The quality of their work is impeccable. Check out the photos attached to this review

Things to consider: Please make sure to clearly communicate the scope of work with him, since I have noticed that sometimes he takes certain decisions by himself which may or may not be desirable.

Details: Complete renovation like replacing soil or hardscape services • Lay grass or sod • Lay artificial turf • Trim trees or shrubs • Plant trees or shrubs • Remove trees or shrubs • Walkway • No, one-time project • Home
