- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type of work, the size of the property, and the amount of time needed to do the job correctly. I focus on quality work and attention to detail, not rushing through jobs just to offer the cheapest price. I always try to keep my prices fair and honest, and free estimates are available so customers know what to expect before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to learn about what the customer needs and take a look at the property. I provide a free estimate and explain the work that will be done. Once everything is approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time. My goal is always to leave the yard clean, healthy, and looking its best while making sure the customer is happy with the final results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience working in lawn care and landscaping services, including lawn maintenance, gardening, shrub trimming, yard cleanup, and weeding. Over the years, I have learned the importance of proper care, attention to detail, and using the right techniques to keep outdoor spaces healthy and beautiful.
