I have worked out with Dom for an entire month now, and I can honestly say I’m feeling better physically than ever before. I had been trying to lift weights on my own, but somehow what I was doing was not effective and I felt like giving up. But Dom has definitely turned this around for me. My personal goal was to build muscle, and Dominic has helped me incredibly to achieve that. His style of training is equally encouraging as it is pressuring, both fundamental qualities that will motivate you to believe in what you’re able to do and what you’re able to become. Where other trainers may be passive, he’s active in every rep you do and pushes you beyond what you think you’re capable of. I would highly recommend Dominic regardless if your goal is to take off weight or put on muscle because of his knowledge of nutrition and the body. Nestor has been with me about 3 months. I considered him brand new to fitness and working out. His goal was to put on muscle and overall have a nice physique. I made a customer meal plan for him with all his MACROS listed per meal. We put on about 10 pounds of solid muscle while dropping 1.5 percent of body fat which equals about 5 pounds. And if you look up the volume of 5lbs of fat its about the size of professional basket ball. While adding targeted inches of muscle to his arms , back, shoulders and chest he was LOSING INCHES AROUND his WAIST. Would highly recommend Dominic as a trainer. He’s a great trainer that motivates and pushes you (in a non-aggressive way) that really gets you to meet your goals. He’s also very flexible with schedule which is great since I have to commute from San Francisco. He pays attention to all his clients and is full of knowledge when it comes to the actual workout along with nutrition to maximize your results. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We do a complete Body/Goals workup which is pictured in my gallery. I measure BMI, Body Fat percentage and take down waist, hips, shoulders etc. Then I'll identify any injuries that may need light p.t. With this information I create a focused routine with most efficient method of training to achieve clients goal.
