- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for multiple sessions purchased up front. Discounts are also available for small groups of 2 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session, we will go over your fitness goals, I will introduce you to the programming methodology, we will go through some of the basic movements together, and have a fun first workout. Over subsequent sessions, I will continue to introduce you to new movements and have you seeing results quickly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Crossfit L2 trainer, a USAW (weightlifting) sports performance coach, a NASM certified personal trainer, and hold CPR/AED certifications.
