He came out to the site, diagnosed the problem and went to make sure he had the part. Once he confirmed, he cane back the same day and replaced it and fixed the issue! I was very pleased. I was so pleased, I hired him to come back later in the week to do some much needed water heater maintenance on the device (it hadn’t been serviced since it was installed) and he came back later in the week to do so. My only issue was he gave me a cost for the maintenance and servicing off the top of his head for the second visit, but when it came to actual cost it was quite a bit more. This could have been avoided if I asked for the exact price before he started work (an official quote, to be precise) so I consider that on me. Still, I am very happy with the work and definitely appreciate the speed in which he got the job done. I definitely recommend A-Z Plumbing, just be sure to learn from my mistake."See more

Krishna S. says, "We were most pleased with the services that Cool Service provided. We had them come out to replace our difficult-to-remove cast-iron porcelain-enameled kitchen sink. They also installed a new Moen pre-rinse faucet. They removed our old kitchen sink plumbing that included a RO water filter system. They installed a new whole house water filter system in our garage, plus they replaced the outside main water shut-off valve and pressure reducing valve (which had high levels of corrosion/rusting) and installed a new hose bibb. Lastly they did maintenance on our gas water heater by flushing out the old sediment build-up. Sergei and Serg from Cool Service were awesome to deal with for the whole day they were at the house. They worked efficiently yet took their time to plan out what would work best for our particular needs. English is their second language, so they might appear as more reserved and quiet all around, but don't mistake that as a lack of confidence or an uncertainty or inability to do the jobs they are given. They were stellar and exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled with the work they did. Their prices for all the services listed above were most reasonable. I had other plumbers try to upsell me on things I didn't need. But Sergei from Cool Service was quick to tell me what we didn't need. We definitely didn't need a new garbage disposal or a new water heater. And despite other plumbing companies telling us how impossible it would be to remove our old sink to install a new one, Cool Service was up to the task and executed it all without a hitch. For the whole house filter system, I asked if they could install it in the garage rather than outside at the location of the main water plumbing, even though it would be more convenient for them to install it there to save on time and money, especially with the extra 20+ feet of copper piping needed to go to and from a new water filter inside the garage. But they absolutely went the extra mile, PLUS they made sure that this extended length of piping was NOT running along the outside edge of the house and therefore exposed to the elements, like the old piping had been. Sergei and Serg ran the piping inside the garage, underneath the huge storage cabinets. I was scratching my head how they even did that! They also installed a bypass conduit around the whole house water filter (so I don't have to turn off the water to the house when changing out filters). They also set up, in series, the sediment pre-filter housing unit with its own bypass valve and auto-flush and backwash features. Extremely neat and tidy, and well done! They used 1" pipe fittings so that the water pressure is best maintained. They were able to remove and recycle our old commercial grade Rayne water filter tank (quite heavy and huge) as part of their services too. And they showed me how to adjust the water pressure on the PRV (pressure reducing valve) outside. When it came to replacing the sink, Cool Service enlisted their most expert plumbers to do the job. Other plumbing companies did not want to touch it, since our old cast iron white porcelain-enameled sink was inlaid to the surrounding granite tile countertop. Since our granite countertop is tiled, and not a slab, the sink was grouted in at the same level as the tiled countertop. My biggest worry was that the tiles would break during the kitchen sink install. We did not want to be stuck replacing our countertops. But the guys took their time, carefully chiseled away and sawed through, until they finally got the old heavy grouted-in sink removed. Granite tiles remained intact. Our new sink (a top mount Ruvati 33" workstation, 16 gauge T-304 grade stainless steel sink) looks amazing with our new chrome Moen faucet, serving as a cool focal point for the kitchen now. Gives a nice updated look, for sure, without need for a whole kitchen remodel for now. They cleaned up so well after themselves and recycled everything including the big boxes and old parts. We will definitely be calling them back for future jobs. Highly recommend!"See more
