Brian was very professional, fair and honest. Everything he recommended was explained throughly. I was never pressured, options were explained and given for my benefit. I was informed of who and when they were coming and if I had any questions, he or one of his staff had an answers. Job was quoted, scheduled, and completed on time as promised. We did not lose access to our home and showers at the end of the day when they started the repipe.We had water and decided on natural gas repiping done too. The whole process, including repipe, inspections, sheet rock repair and final inspection took over two weeks from start to finish but we did not lose the use of our kitchen, washing machines, bathrooms and showers. It would have been one week if we had decided to do both water and gas at the same time, but we decide to repipe the whole house gas after the water repipe, since the ceiling and walls were already open. This required another additional time line for gas repipe, inspections and sheet rock repair and final inspections. All in all Brian and Gladiator did us solid. We are very fortunate to have found them to do these two major work on our home. Thank you Brian.

A technician came on time and I appreciate the response however he was quoting 2x-3x price for a work I got it done in 15 mins.
Always take proposals from others if you are getting service from these folks. They are responsive but cost is a big question mark !!!!

Be honest with consumer. Paid a $89 service feel for tech to come out but before he would clean the drain I would have to pay $350 more! I was never told that over the phone. I presumed I would pay more but that was way out of line. I didn’t pay and called another plumber on my own who came out and cleaned the drain and fixed toilet for $220. Drop this scammer from thumbtack. I have had good luck before but now I don’t trust the referrals.
