We bought our house 6 years ago and knew that the roof needed to be replaced. Every year we kept pushing it back, but this year we finally decided to get it done. I contacted another company in addition to Jacob and the two bids were extremely different. Jacob was the one who came to my house and inspected the condition of our roof, downspout, gutters, and skylights. He was very thorough and even inspected the attic to see if our skylights were salvageable. After his inspection, he went over the materials that they use and also went over his experience/credentials. Finally, he gave me the estimate. I was honest and told him that I received other estimates and theirs was almost double the price. Although they were way over our budget husband and I decided to go with them because of how quickly they were able to do the job. We nded up replacing everything (roof, gutters, downspouts, and skylights). When I walked in after they installed the new skylights, it was so much brighter in our home. Throughout the process, Jacob was always available and kept in contact with me. When our roof was done, it passed inspection and Jacob checked in with us to make sure we were happy with it. If you're debating whether or not to go with this company, just remember that you get what you pay for and a roof is not something you should skimp on and you might as well pay to get the best people on the job.

Jacob Hashimi is great! The original roofing company that installed my 3 year new TPO membrane roof on my carport refused to honor warranty and presented a $5000 estimate to repair dripping leaks during last few weeks of heavy rain. The other roofing company gave me a different opinion on the location of the leak that totally confused me. Jacob meticulously listened to my description and offered to do a water test. He did the water test with utmost attention to detail and discovered that the leak was from three holes in the stucco wall left over from the anchor of a previously replaced downspout but not in the TPO membrane at all. He carefully caulked up the three holes in the wall and saved me thousands of dollars!
