FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. We offer free estimates for most jobs, and we'll always explain the cost before we start any work. For standard services like drain cleaning or faucet repairs, we can usually give you a price right over the phone. Larger projects like sewer line replacements or repiping get a detailed written estimate after we assess the job. We also offer financing options for bigger projects. Our goal is to give you the best value — not the cheapest price, but the best work at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call. We'll ask about your plumbing issue, give you an honest idea of what to expect, and schedule a time that works for you — often same-day for emergencies. When our technician arrives, they'll assess the situation, explain what's going on in plain English, and give you a clear price before any work begins. You approve the work, we get it done right, and we clean up after ourselves. After the job, we'll follow up to make sure everything's working perfectly. We treat every customer the way we'd want to be treated — that's just how we do business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds a California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license (#1110490) and brings over 30 years of combined hands-on experience. We stay current with California plumbing codes and continuously invest in training on the latest techniques and equipment. Our technicians are skilled in everything from basic residential repairs to complex commercial plumbing systems, sewer line diagnostics, and gas line installation. We're also fully insured for your peace of mind.
