I rarely write reviews, but West Coast Cooling a family owned business truly deserves one. From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, responsive, and professional. Andrew scheduled a same-day appointment to diagnose an issue with my A/C that two other companies couldn’t figure out.
Andrew arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and had my unit running better than ever quickly. The price was more than fair for the quality of service I received.
What stood out most was his honesty, drive and attention to detail. It’s hard to find a company these days that actually takes pride in their work, but West Coast Cooling clearly does. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs—and recommending them to friends and family. Five stars all the way!
