We inspect from roof to foundation, where our normal inspection ranges from 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Included with the digital report, you will receive a 97-page homeowners handbook, as well as a free recall check on all appliances on site. In that recall check report, you will find contact numbers, after a fault is listed, to have it repaired for free.
We test mold as well. Know exactly what type of mold is present, with suggestions on remediation.
We do not do repairs; that keeps everyone honest.
