Yess is the best coach I could ever ask for! She taught me form, nutrition, and all around how to develop a healthy lifestyle. I initially came in for 1 on 1 personal training having relatively no fitness background in the gym. I went to a different trainer before and I felt like I wasn’t getting advice tailored to me. As soon as I met with Coach Yess I could sense she was so interested in working with me to set goals! Right away I felt like the plan she developed was so personal to me and was something I could actually achieve. I loved how we could discuss real life items like my food habits, or struggles with staying consistent. I felt so encouraged and equipped with her tools and tricks to work through these things on my journey. I worked with Coach for over a year and transformed my body with her training. I’ve been able to build muscle, learn all the proper forms and train to push myself to places I would never expect. If you are new to the gym or have experience and want to be at your full potential, I would highly highly recommend Coach Yess!!! She’s the best! I trained with Coach Yes in small group hiit boxing classes and have seen her train clients one on one. She is passionate about her craft, professional, and loves to help kids and adults live healthy lives through fitness and nutrition. Would recommend, and will definitely book her again when I need that work. 🥊💥

Coach Yessenia is amazing at making her clients feel comfortable in the gym. She’s great at reading your skill level and knowing what you are capable of.
