I needed my piano moved. Yes, they moved it. At first they were going to move it on one appliance dolly without strapping it down. They seemed to find it funny that I was visibly upset that they were so careless in their methods. They ended up using two appliance dollies with it strapped to one. I was told that they move pianos all the time. I did call back to suggest that they invest in dollies made FOR moving pianos, and that maybe they might actually give a care. My call was not received well. A piano is an expensive and loved instrument that can be internally ruined by poor handling.
