I am great with students of all ages, patient, and bilingual (Spanish), and I demonstrate high proficiency in the subject matter and competency for math-related fields up to various upper division fields.

Lorenzo was my tutor when I was taking Math Review and College Algebra. I am not that great at math and have a really hard time understanding and remembering formulas, but Lorenzo was very patient and did a great job of turing what seemed to me as "math language" into normal english. I was able to not only remember the formulas, but also understand the meaning behind them and what their purpose was. Lorenzo was always on time and he would stay over time a couple of times to make sure I fully understood what we were covering that day. He is very dedicated and also prepared before our tutoring sessions. He would ask me to send him my lesson plans so he could look over it and prepare so we were able to get straight into it when we met for tutoring. I strongly recommend Lorenzo for math tutoring!!

He is an aspiring teacher and it is very apparent during a tutoring session. He is very helpful by not only going step by step through math equations, or anything else you might have, but by also letting you show that you know it through the Socratic method of sorts.

Lorenzo was an awesome tutor! He tutored me and my friends in Trigonometry. He was always very thorough with his explanations and was willing to go over the same material multiple times, just to make sure we REALLY understood. He always kept us on track with our work (which is amazing because we were 4 talkative high school girls haha). He always made sure we had our work done before he left and he was willing to stay overtime if we still hasn't finished. To wrap this all up, Lorenzo was the best math tutor and if you need one, just choose him and you won't regret it!

Lorenzo knew exactly what we needed help with, he kept track of our test dates so he could help us study the night before. He also gave different ways to help us solve a problem or simply just worked with how the teacher showed us. I highly recommend Lorenzo for he knows exactly what he is doing and made studying enjoyable due to his personality.

Lorenzo is great at helping people understand all types of math! He has helped me with algebra 2, trigonometry, and some statistics. He makes everything easier to understand!
