Private Personal Training

Completely private at all times,one on one personal training at a cost of just $30 per session. Each training session is 30 min of circuit weight training in an almost non stop workout. Very effective, efficient and affordable. We cater to individuals that desire a closed, private, workout setting without distractions one may find in a major health club or other non-private studios. Quick and effective. There is also a cardio room where one can continue for an additional 30 min on their own. We specialize in weight loss, toning, strengthening, muscle building, rehabilitation, prenatal exercise , and sports specific training. Programs are geared to teach the proper weight training techniques and body mechanics that can be used at all gyms. Intense training, but individually designed specific to one's personal fitness level and fitness goals. Meal plans and nutrition coaching are also included. Ages 12 and up are welcomed
