Emily L. says, "Initially, we hired Nic-Beck's Plumbing to repair a leaking or replace a new faucet for a double sink in the master bathroom. I really appreciated that Rebecca from Nic-Beck's Plumbing spent time to help and search our existing faucet before we hired them. Rebecca found that the existing model already discontinued and recommended a similar model to better matched with the other faucet. We decided to have Nic-Beck's Plumbing to install the new faucet and we bought a new faucet from Home Depot. Javier and Rebecca arrived on time, and brought shoe covers before entered my house. They got the job done and cleaned the impacted area after. Not yet, the story just started……. We noticed that carpet was wet in another bedroom. My husband thought the wet was from my pet’s pee. But nope! The wet area was much bigger than a pee…... I called Rebecca and asked for help. They returned in an hour and checked what was going on. Javier advised to turn off the water vault before they come back next day with a special equipment to detect the leaking. Javier came next morning and checked around to narrow down the leaking area inside the wall between two bathrooms. Javier explained the situation and minimized damages to cabinetry in both restrooms and the tile flooring, with the most cost effective solution to eliminate the leaking pipe embedded in the concrete flooring and restore water supply to each affected fixture with an alternative route. The new cold water supply was redirected, eliminating the leaking pipe embedded in the floor, then reconnected to each fixture that was affected and tested for leaks. We also verified the water meter and no other leaks throughout the residence. Rebecca also brought a commercial fan to air dry the wet carpet next day without additional charge. We are happy with all the job and services that they have provided us. The last, they cleaned all impacted area and went over everything with us to ensure we had no more questions. Their charge is reasonable, the work quality is excellent and very efficient. If you are looking for a licensed plumber, with years experiences, and high work ethic, I highly recommend trying Nic-Beck’s Plumbing. No job is small for them. No job is difficult for them."See more
