Although I did not have an inspection done because the house deal did not work out, Randy responded very attentively, answered all of my questions, and worked with me to get a last-minute inspection scheduled. Will be reaching out to him for future inspections

Randy is an amazing inspector. He spent almost 6 hours inspecting every part of our home and identifying issues and certifying new work done by a contractor. He did a great job inspecting the attic and crawspace and did a complete crawl thru. I really appreciated his thorough work, his professionalism and his punctuality. Hired Randy for my homeinspection. He is punctual and very thorough. He patiently explained me the process for inspection and properly explained any of my queries. He covered all the areas in house and provided a detail report. After the inspection I had queries on the report and he diligently explained me the report queries. Even few weeks after the inspection I had a query regarding the inspection and Randy was quick at getting back with answer. Per international Associations of Certified Home Inspectors Guidelines Fixed price system and adjust at my discretion per property. Discounts for seniors and Military Veterans
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much necessary information regarding project and define most appropriate time to complete investigation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Study of Environmental Design with Emphasis in Architecture and Architectural Structural Design, International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Certification in Structural Steel Design Wall/Truss, PGE certification of Energy Specialist and Energy Conservation
