Introduction: My work has an emphasis on performance and strength goals. Working out to "get fit" "get stronger, bigger, leaner, sexier" are too broad, and are almost never achievable because as human's we're never satisfied with ourselves in our current state. My focus is on training you to achieve particular movements that not only makes you stronger in the process, but also leaves you with a sense of accomplishment; "Hey! I finally got it! i did it!" Most other average trainers focus on simply providing a workout that makes you sweat and make you feel as if you've worked hard and sure you did, but without planning and a set goal to work towards the fruits of your labor are not going to get you to where you want to be. I enjoy seeing the happiness and joy returned to my client's faces when i help them lose they fat they want, get rid of aches and pains they have, help them get stronger and do things they never thought they'd be able to do and most of all i love providing outstanding service so that even if i'm no longer their coach or providing training, my clients still consider me a good friend.

Really great, Bryan was very very specific to my needs, instead of giving me a generalized workout plan like most personal trainers do. Unbelievably clued up in his field and a really genuine guy. Can't recommend him enough. Thanks Bryan

although i have never worked with bryan in person, only over the internet, (facebook and skype) he alone has helped come so far in my training. the main thing that makes bryan such a good trainer, is he is not doing it for money, he does it because he himself wishes to be the strongest bryan he can be, and he wants to helps you be the strongest you.

My experience training with Bryan was fantastic! He is extremely passionate and always trying to learn and improve. He knows a lot and greatly wants to help you reach your goals and I'm positive he can help you. You won't regret training with him no matter your fitness goals, he can help.

You can go to a regular trainer that is just like every other trainer on the planet, or you can go to Bryan. He knows his business inside and out. Weather your goal is weight loss, health, fitness, or mobility Bryan has you covered with the proper exercises, diets, and mindset to succeed. Don't go with the everyday "pick up a dumbbell" trainers and change your appearance, go with Bryan and change your lifestyle.

Bryan was a wonderful trainer when he worked with me. When you work with him he not only tells you what to do but also why. He answers any question and he has an extensive knowledge of nutrition. He's a total goof ball but he's very serious about his work. I highly recommend him for people of any age who want to get fit and experience movement at its fullest.
