I needed a move out cleaning done and hired Moppify. The cleaner they sent was awesome!! She made a mess of a refrigerator look brand new!! Surfaces everywhere were sparkling. She was very nice too. The price was very reasonable for the job I would use Moppify and particularly this cleaner again for sure! She had her own supplies and did an awesome job on an apartment that had been lived in for 3 years by adults, children and pets!! My only complaints are very very minimal! I filled out a job request on a website that referred me to Moppify where I indicated it was a Move out cleaning with fridge cleaning included. It seemed it had not been conveyed to my cleaner that it was a Move out cleaning, not that this was an issue really as she did a fabulous deep cleaning. However the requested refridgerator cleaning had not been included in the work order or price (it was in estimates for other companies the same site offered for hire along with Moppify.) This was an easy fix though which I really appreciate!! I just called the company and added the fridge cleaning. While i did have to pay an extra $20 it was totally worth it and the company was very helpful when I called, and it was no issue for the cleaner who did an amazing job!! We plan to hire the same employee in the future to clean our new apartment. Thank you Moppify! I am awful with names but Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to our cleaner! We needed a reasonably priced professional company to do this job with only 4 days notice...and they were great!
Ed, of Hawk Management does a great job of providing a personalized, flexible, property management service. Robin and his management business managed our 16-unit apartment for several years, then we chose him as the realtor to sell the apartments. We live in another state. Robin was personable and professional at the same time. It would take pages to tell you how many good things he did for us, but the bottom line is that Robin and his managmement company is the best!

I moved to Glendale, CA from out of state in 2011 and S.I.G. was the first and only property management company I needed to deal with. From the time I moved in, all throughout the four years I lived in my apartment, they were always very accommodating, but to be honest I rarely ever had to communicate with them. In my opinion, this is the best relationship you can have with a landlord! On the rare occasion(once, maybe twice in 4 years) that I did need help with something, they were always very easy to reach through phone or email and would send maintenance out the same day. I've since moved out of the area, but when I return, there's nobody else I would go to for a place to live than S.I.G. Thanks again S.I.G. and I hope to be back soon!
So far so great! This property management company has been everything I've been looking for in such a short period of time. Very friendly people, easy going and professional at the same time. Knowledgeable in the field, quick and sufficient!!! I am very pleased and would recommend LLC. I've never left a review before but I do believe in giving credit where it is due!!!
Good company to manage my house across the country. Referred them to my property neighbor and they hired them too! I like the referral fee they give and they give you a free month if they mess up on the smallest thing. Because they missed a text from me asking a question, they gave me a free month. ..nice!
