If you’re looking for a weddingcoordinator, look no further than Edith! I hired her because I needed someone to keep all the day-of wedding chaos under control, and I had already seen firsthand how professional and efficient she was when she helped my older sister coordinate a memorial service. From our first phone call to our in-person planning meeting and rehearsal, Edith was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and full of thoughtful ideas that made our wedding day even better. One of my favorite suggestions was having my husband, Fernando, and me enjoy a private meal together before rejoining our guests. It gave us a special moment to soak everything in before the celebration continued.
My biggest concern was staying on schedule, and Edith and her team handled everything flawlessly. They kept the entire day running smoothly, communicated with all of our vendors, and even our photographer and DJ commented on how great it was to work with them. I felt completely stress-free because I always knew Edith had everything under control, and everyone naturally looked to her for guidance. She is genuine, trustworthy, incredibly professional, and truly passionate about what she does. Thanks to Edith, I was able to fully enjoy our wedding day, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Edith did a great job handling our unexpectedly large wedding. From the beginning she was attentive and willing to help with planning all the logistics. When we gave her the final headcount she was shocked but willing to tackle the challenge. She also had assistants that embraced the chaos and were great. There was a lot going on and different misconceptions with vendors, mostly on our part, but she handled it the best she could and tried to get me to let go and enjoy the day, which was easier said than done. Overall the day was amazing and definitely couldn’t have done it all without her help!

We chose Edith as our wedding day coordinator because she was able to help with transport and setting up decor and had the best price between the coordinators we talked to.
On the day of, she checked in with vendors and helped set up our ceremony & reception. It all turned out beautiful and everything ran smoothly thanks to Edith and our vendors.
This worked out well for us because we had the time to do all the prep work & coordinate with vendors beforehand, but if you need help coordinating beforehand definitely let her know. She did a great job on our wedding.

I had my wedding in February 2025 and Edith was amazing. Edith assisted with putting together a timeline that worked for me, ensured my personal decorations looked the way I envisioned, and took care of things that came up.
