My carpet was really dirty from heavy traffic also it’s light beige. The young man did an excellent job. Looks brand new. I would highly recommend Van Ekelen.

Quick response and next day appointment. Got a trundle bunk bed assembled. Work was done in an efficient amount of time, despite having tons of pieces to put together. Professional, punctual and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I booked last minute and they tried to fit me in next morning at 8 -- that was optimistic, and it became 4.30, still fine. One lovely woman came to do the job - 3 br 2.5 ba house - and had just 2 hours. She was fantastic, but only got through half.the house (no kitchen) - but I got invoice for full price. I explain how lovely cleaner was, but only half house done. Half quote price seems logical. They reduced it by 20%.am not in the mood to argue but will not be using them again.

Hi Teri, we do apologize for the inconvenience as mentioned the earlier team had some car difficulties and we understood that the cleaning needed to be done by that day, we had planned for it to be rescheduled. Due to our cleaning side being short staffed we had to move a few employees around. During the cleaning our staff had called in to see if the current cleaner needed help and she had advised us that it was taken care and no further assistance was needed. We understand that you are upset with the discount, however prior to the review Bebe had issued and approved your 50% discount request versus the 20%. Also as mentioned, we are big on communication and customer service. Thank you, for using our cleaning service. We do hope you reconsider us in the future.

I hired them through a different app, the gentleman who came, was extremely friendly and helpful. We are an elderly couple he set up our bed and left the work area clean and tidy.

Hired them for our move out cleaning, bebe was referred by mom and it was great, quick and very clean. So glad I hired them i was able to get my deposit back! We also setup a weekly cleaning service with them!!! Totally recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to meet everyone's budget. We are able to to give discounts on cleaning that are scheduled recurringly. For assembly services we do consider the distance between locations or to save more we will schedule other work in your area. Handyman varies, however send us quote request that you want to us try to beat the pricing on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to know the scope of work. Such as how many rooms need to be cleaned, do you have carpet or what type of flooring, do you require special cleaning products we provide organic options for our cleaning supplies at no cost. For assembly we would like to know what items they are. For handyman work, we would like to know how many projects and what materials will you on the site so we can properly prepare everything. We also provide estimates via zoom and facetime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is built by a lot of hardworking individuals who went to proper schooling. For example our head technician is a licensed HVAC contractor who works with us to do assembly and light handyman work. Our cleaning team, have blood pathogen training. Our other technicians have their handyman certificates.
