Mike and his team did an exceptional job constructing our back-house ADU. They were professional and maintained daily communication throughout the project. The finished unit includes a functional 2bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom space with a cozy living room. They adhered to the agreed-upon contract price without any additional charges. Additionally, they kept us informed about every material used and purchased. My husband and I highly recommend Mike and his team. They were on-site every day to oversee the construction and ensure everything was built to our satisfaction.
