We charge a flat rate based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning needed. Regular cleaning is priced lower than one-time deep cleans. Additional fees only apply for excessive mess, heavy pet hair, holiday service or last minute same day requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll give you an estimated price based on the details you share about your home. once I see the property, I'll confirm the final price . If its in normal condition , the price stays the same , if its significantly messier than expected, I'll let you know before we start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the cleaning industry for several years and have personally trained my team. We follow a detailed check list on every job to ensure consistent, high-quality results and client satisfaction.
