Had a bad toilet clogged that was making my tub fill with dirty water didn't know what to do try to do everything I could so when that didn't work I found VIP plumbing and Drain specialist. When I called the owner of the company was very polite know exactly what needed to be done didn't try to sell more then I need all in all very professional on time. I have a working toilet and bathtub thank you VIP plumbing and Drain specialist I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

VIP did the best job ever. Not only in their quality of work but in their cleanup. I had them replace my main sewer line which is in my front yard. You would never know that they were here. Impeccable! I would recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE! Spoke with Jose late Thursday night because I had water leaking around my shower/tub handle. My handyman, who was out of town, had already told me what I just needed to have a plumber come in and change the cartridge. Was thrilled when Jose said he could send his "supervisor" out to take the part out so that they could get and take it to find a replacement part of Friday morning. Was told that I would need to pay $109, which would be applied to the job....which I was okay with. This was perfect since I had a very busy day and didn't want to get caught up with this problem over the weekend. His person arrived, looking a bit unprofessional, didn't have device to unscrew handle (see picture) and was asking me if I had a Phillips screwdriver. Next thing I know, he's telling me he's going to have to break into the wall to get to the valve to replace the whole thing at a cost of either $1100 if going through the inside or $1500 if going through the outside. Needless to say I was shocked! I immediately messaged my handyman and he said that I was being ripped off. They guy never even got the handle off to look at the problem. In speaking with Jose he was adamant about the assessment and qualifications of his person, saying he would give me back my check even. The next day I had a couple other plumbers out to get a second opinion...and guess what, it was a simple cartridge repair that cost about $300. No tearing out any walls. Five days later and I still haven't gotten my check back from Jose. You've been warned....he's doing some shady business.
