It was refreshing to have this professional friendly guy meet me at my home when it was convenient for me so he was able to give me an accurate estimate by examining the damage and asking me specific ?s to formulate more than one way to resolve the issues. Solutions tailored by his diligent assessment. It was a no brainer when he trusted me to pay half at start and the rest after the jobs were completed i had a better than original side gate by the end of the afternoon, 2 HOURS later! ...Another contractor proposed an estimate3 Xs more without even examining the situation in person. And never even showed up to an appt scheduled. Stewart is 5 star service and his insight on reasinable renovations will keep him employed at my residence ON CALL .So 5 stars all around from quality of work, flexibility , free consultation, quick response with calls and msgs, optimistic disposition who takes pride in his work proved to me his value above the others. I ended up tipping him for completing before estimated date and now I'm thinking of other renovations. Stuart was great! He did a great tile job on my fireplace, fixed my drywall in the ceiling, my bathtub and spayed the inside of my fireplace and it looks brand new! I'm putting him on my payroll! Thanks Stuart , see ya next month for more projects!
