- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to introduce ourselves and gather as much information as possible about what your needs are. We typically ask for measurements, a drawing or pictures to help us better estimate the cost and timeframe. If necessary, which is very common, we schedule a meeting in person to go over all the details.

We have had the pleasure of working with Residential customers, General contractors, Aircraft industry, Classic car restorations, Industrial, Restaurant, Logistics, Vehicle transport, Marine and so much more
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is always helpful if you have a clear idea of what you need and are able to provide me with a drawing, photo or even measurements of the project. That way I am able to give you a more accurate estimate much more quickly.
