Introduction: I offer top quality 1 on 1 training to meet your fitness goals! Wether it be functional, strength, conditioning training or even your very first pull up, I’ll get you there! I’ve been in the fitness industry for a little over 6 years. My passion for fitness is what drove me to become a coach, open my very own gym but more importantly, the want to share my knowledge and help people who’ve had the same struggle as I did when I started. It is a fear to to start an unknown path however with proper training and communication you too can get there! Every client I’ve trained have always had a great experience and seen results all while establishing a new skills and becoming comfortable with the exercises thus creating a new active lifestyle! I have been working with Gus at Fuerza for the past 3 months and it has been a great expereince! I am getting stronger and meeting new goals every single week. My brother Josiah and I would come in and get our pump on at this place a lot at first I was skeptical but continuously coming with him and seeing results and being part of the fam that is all the great people that go here is what kept us coming back. Poor Josiah unfortunately passed due to testicular cancer and I keep going in his honor THANK YOU FUERZA GYM ! Keep doing what you do ! Rip . Josiah <3

Pricing depends on the package client purchases. Currently I sell 12, 24 and 36 session package
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a meet and greet and tour of the gym. Discuss your goals and if any medical conditions in place. Really the first day is to get to know you in a professional level and assessment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I tried it one day and I fell in love!
