Introduction: Annabell's Basement is a boutique studio located in Gardena,CA. Providing services in recording, mixing, and editing at a affordable rate. In addition to those services, I also have the ability to record and edit audiobooks as well as podcast. Studio rates are $25hr with a 3hr minimum. Your session will include recording, editing, and mixing of your tracks. Book 4 or more hours and you will receive a hour for free. Indeed outstanding service. I booked very easily with Terrence as he had BY FAR the most reasonable price out of all the quotes I received. Booking was made by a few exchanges of messaging and we were good to go. His manner of speech and communication actually made me very comfortable and easy to work with him. As for the studio...it is a small room with professional sound/audio/mixing/mastering equipment. You should feel comfortable it in it, its cozy and gives you a peace of mind. Not recommended for the claustrophobic though. The recording was done he always assured me that I could re-record to my hearts content If I was dissatisfied with something and always adhered to my requests (I had a ton). The thing is, Terrence is really professional and knows his stuff. He tweaked every minor little detail and informed that for him to truly master a track it can 2 days (which I believed as I saw how my track became smoother and smoother with each change he made). I was glad I was not dealing with an amateur/starting up producer. So in summary, I definitely recommend him. Pros: Professional service, Courteous, Listens to your requests, Extremely affordable. Cons: Studio tends to get extremely hot at times, but just ask him to turn on the AC and you're good to go. He sells beats too.

Annabell's Basement Production Studio is a dream come true to me I love it! Everything about it is everything a recording artist who is looking to make music and have the expert touch an experienced engineer provides is looking for. The environment is great to work in and Terrence is excellent at what he does. I felt extremely comfortable and appreciated the feedback I was getting as well. I'm definitely looking forward to returning to make some more music and have been recommending it to friends and family. Oh and last but not least the price is super reasonable!! :D
