- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are typically lower than most other HVAC companies because we do not mark up equipment, nor do we recommend unnecessary options or upgrades that drive up your costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss the customers needs over the phone to fully understand the work that is desired. In most cases, we can offer an estimate over the phone. We also offer in-home consultations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have formal HVAC training, in addition to years of on-the-job experience, including certification in "green" practices.
