What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of the home, its condition, and the amount of work needed. This allows customers to know their price ahead of time instead of worrying about an hourly rate. Additional services may affect the final quote, so I always recommend providing as much information and photos as possible for the most accurate pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask for some basic information about the home, including the square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning needed, and any areas that need extra attention. Photos are always helpful when providing an accurate quote. Once we agree on the service and price, we schedule a date and time that works best for the customer. I arrive with my own professional cleaning supplies and equipment and make sure expectations are clear before getting started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from years of hands-on experience in hotel house-keeping for a 24 unit Motel in Cadott,WI (which my parents owned and operated) Also residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and short-term rental turnovers. I’ve learned how to properly clean different surfaces, use professional products and equipment, and work efficiently while still paying close attention to detail.
