Awesome experience. Called Sewer Heroes on Christmas Eve, Erik answered right away and said he could come help me with my backyard drains that were backing up due to the rain and hed be here in 30 minutes. He was here about an hour and fixed our issues quickly. He was kind, respectful, and considerate. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Sewer Heroes helped us out again and Im really glad we called them. This was our second time using them since the first visit was for a property we were working on, so we already knew they were reliable. Our kitchen sink suddenly stopped draining and Erik showed up the same day. He explained everything clearly and showed me the camera footage so I could actually see the roots growing into the main line. He cleared the blockage and then jetted everything clean so it would not come back. The job was done neatly and the pricing was straightforward with no surprises. By the time he finished the sink was draining perfectly and it was a huge relief to have it resolved the right way. We will definitely keep using them.
