No customer is better than the next. We prices all our customers the same rate (material and labor)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce our services provided and understand that every customer is unique, with there own frustrations when an appliance fails to function, therefore I like to explain our services, as well as provide our service to them maximum within 24-48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 9 years of experience as a business owner and over 15 year experience in industry. Helping clients with there appliance needs is my passion.
