I would never recommend Phillip Latham of Pasadena Landscapes. He is dishonest and knows nothing of landscape. Save your money. He charged us for work he never finished. After paying him over $13,000 as per our contract, we have to hire someone else to complete and fix his work. The system he installed leaks. The plants died.

I've used PAL landscapes and Phillip Latham at least 3 times for my homes. Recently, he built a beautiful patio with a pergola for us with a beautiful fence all around. We love his work. We also used him for a drought tolerant installation and he did a great job. He really knows what he is doing. We would highly recommend him and his team.
