Subject: Feedback Regarding Incomplete Job Mr. Almaz arrived at my home at 5:51 p.m. to install a heavy chandelier in the entrance area, which is approximately 18 to 20 feet above the ground. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete the job due to a lack of proper preparation and necessary setup. I asked if he could return on another day to finish the work; however, he mentioned that he would not be available for the next few days. So, We mutually agreed to cancel the order, considering that Mr. Almaz lives quite far from my address, and it wouldn’t be reasonable for him to drive over two hours each way. I appreciate Mr. Almaz’s professionalism and pleasant attitude, and I wish him the best of luck with his upcoming projects.

Almaz and his team were honest hard-working and exceptionally professional. The price he quoted in advance was the price it was. This was an extremely difficult job requiring ladders assembly of awnings and installation. Besides that, he was originally only going to assemble a Hydro machine which he did quickly and efficiently. It's running great. He is really a good pro and extremely reliable and thoughtful. You can't go wrong with him.
