- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive prices for refrigerator repair. The cost depends on the complexity of the work and the type of malfunction. The initial diagnostic fee is $80, which is deducted from the total repair cost if the customer proceeds with the service. We also offer discounts for returning customers and special offers for seasonal maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer includes: • An initial call to gather information about the issue. • A visit to diagnose and identify the problem. • Explanation of the issue, repair options, and estimated costs. • Performing the repair and testing the equipment. • Providing maintenance tips to prevent future breakdowns. 3. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? I hold a diploma in Mechanical Technology, earned in 2007 from Novocherkassk College of Industrial Technologies and Management (Russia), specializing in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration and compressor systems. I also have an EPA 608 certification, allowing me to work with refrigerants, and over 18 years of hands-on experience in repairing all types of refrigerators.
