Igor was excellent to work with. Detailed, conscientious, and respectful. He knows his trade and was easy have around the house. He was meticulous with his work and always asked me to check if I was happy and was happy and accommodated adjustments where I suggested. He did such a good job of installing our external door that we also hired him to create the concrete step. The results are excellent! We will be using him again in the future!

Igor installed an exterior side door for us, and it looks and works great. Even with the out-of-plumb issue on that side of our house, he was easily able to make the door sit well in the wall. It’s obvious he takes pride in and enjoys his work. And when the job was complete, on time and on budget, he suggested additional small fixes we could make to get longer life and service from our new door. We will definitely call him again for future work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum order cost is $100. The final cost of the work is negotiated after the inspection and before the start of work. Materials are paid separately, by receipt (if purchased additionally) or by agreement (if I use what I bought in advance). The client must pay for the work immediately after completion.
