I reached out for meal plans and it worked out so well. My goal was to tone up but I lacked the energy and motivation to work out and to eat healthy. I have been in good shape my whole life but over the last year I found myself eating junk and being lazy to take lunch to work. I also have long days with full time work and school so it is just too hard to shop and cook each day. With Mariam's help I created weekly plans that were easy to follow and quick to learn. I have maintained my goal and have a new outlook on eating healthy. To this day I follow her blog and enjoy her flavorful recipes. You don't have to give up good tasting food to eat healthy.
