- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for drive time to you. IF it takes me 30 minutes there and 10 minutes back then I charge $20 to get to you. If you go to me then it is cheaper.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They are all different, so I meet with them and do my best to help them the way they want to be helped. And if I can't do it, then I recommend someone else. If what they need requires other specialists as well then I recommend we all work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do all kinds of continued education. You name it I have it for personal training, that is why I ventured into Physical Therapy
