Introduction: My work stands out because I'm not just a personal trainer but a physical therapist who incorporates basic baby development movements into the routine to get you out of pain or prevent it. I can incorporate these exercises into any other routine for weight loss toning or building muscle. Although I do know many trainers better than I, my 20 year progressive education in the field has grown, which really means Im addicted to learning :-). That way you also get the latest and best help available. I love helping people reach their goals by personalizing each workout to help you with your overall and long term goals. From kids to seniors or beginner to Olympians.

Personal Training

I could not really afford personal training but Troy worked it out so that I could get the help I needed at a price I could afford. I just had to work with his schedule and meet him at his place. he turned his living room into a gym the whole living room.

Personal Training

Since I have Multiple Sclerosis I was not able to leave the house. I could only walk enough to the kitchen and bathroom. Therapist and trainers say that MS is degenerative but with Troy's routine I got better. His methods were quite painful but they worked. He had me overtraining and my body adapted. We took breaks here and there but for the most part I dreaded the workouts. I now have a life and can go to the store shopping and can cook for my husband. I also lost 15 pounds and changed the way I ate. Each day Troy showed up he would ask questions for about 30 minutes before we even started. He was very careful due to my unique situation. I was more than satisfied with what he did for me. I have a life now!!

Personal Training

After trying to work out by myself for several years I decided it was time to get a personal trainer. I sought recommendations and I got an overwhelming thumbs up for Troy. Now I have been working out with him for over four months and I am deeply satisfied. He has helped me break several platues, better understand proper nutrition, and is always ready and willing to answer any of my questions. Currently he is helping me correct my posture which has become disfigured due to growth spurts and is helping me strengthen my chest which - due to my disfigured posture - has become weak. Sometimes it seems endless his different techniques and exercises to assist in getting me to my goal. He is a great trainer and I would recommend him to anyone.

Personal Training

I have lost 15 pound of fat, gained some muscle and got healthier all around. Plus the pain in my back went away. Troy has been my personal trainer for over 8 years. The routine we do is very specific to my goals. The exercises change as my body changes. Troy really makes the training personal.

Personal Training

Troy did the first workout and evaluation with me. It was free and he took an extra hour with me so that I could be more ready to do it on my own. He was very thorough. We did body fat. Measurements. And evaluated movement patterns . He had me write down what I ate and gave some excellent tips. I didn't have any money but helped the extra hour for free. He really on cared about helping me, that's rare nowadays.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge for drive time to you. IF it takes me 30 minutes there and 10 minutes back then I charge $20 to get to you. If you go to me then it is cheaper.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

They are all different, so I meet with them and do my best to help them the way they want to be helped. And if I can't do it, then I recommend someone else. If what they need requires other specialists as well then I recommend we all work together.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I do all kinds of continued education. You name it I have it for personal training, that is why I ventured into Physical Therapy
