Ive been training with Jared on multiple fitness goals, and I love the progress I make in a very short period of time. Jared's knowledge will help any one at any fitness level succeed and reach their desired goal. If you stay consistant and dedicated he will give you your moneys worth in training, and you will feel and notice progress in a short period of time. My daughter who is 13 yrs old refuses to train with anyone else. She likes how profesional he is and how safe she feels during training; followed by the motivation she gains with progress she makes in a short period of time while training with Jared. If you are looking to start your fitness journey and have a specific goal, I highly recomend Jared, best believe you will not be disappointed :)

I'm adding value and punctuality because he is 5 out of 5 in my opinion. He is the best personal trainer I've worked with and I feel I get my hours worth working with him. I highly recommend Jared.
