He was good. My husband just wished he could install a ceiling fan in the kitchen but I understood it was a challenge. But he did all of the 4 other fans. We're happy.

The seal on one of our toilets had become loose so we searched for plumbers. John Truscott responded with a personal reply while a plumbing company responded with a form letter. We hired John and he showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. He successfully completed the job very quickly and efficiently.

John came to my Mobil home and assessed a leak in my window and wall. He was kind,courteous, and on time! His price quotes were accurate. He came a few days later to do the job. Again was on time. He ended up replacing the entire window and wall under the window,in a timely fashion. Even though he didn't need to he cleaned up after the work was over. When a problem arose such as not finding the right size window, he kept me informed and was prompt in doing so. Johns prices were more than fare and the whole experience was exceptional! I trusted John in my home and will be asking him to return to do more similar projects soon!

I was dreading calling a plumber to clear a toilet drain for us. It's something we could have done ourselves but just really didn't want to. John was on time, friendly, quick, didn't try to add work to pad the bill, and charged a fraction what a traditional plumber would. We are in the process of building a 5400 sqft house and I'm looking forward to hiring him some of that work as well.

I started working with my hands when I was very young and have not looked back. I love what I do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to a couple different providers and don't do anything half ass. If your provider is telling you something and it does not feel right get a second opinion.
