John arrived early and fixed a problem that another handyman did not take the necessary time to do. He was very pleasant and I will use him again and refer him to others.

I initially hired John to hang 3 wall mount large screen TVs and 2 grab bars in a tile shower. After his arrival, I also asked him to remove a shelf in the garage. John called when he found he would be late arriving, arrived one hour later as he'd advised, and completed all of the work the same day including the removal of the shelf. He did an excellent job on all 3 projects and I anticipate using him again in the future for other projects.

job done quickly, and he noticed the valve controlling the tank flow which I have heard running by itself now and then and got that replaced cheaply also. The entire fee was less than the bid from another that didn't include overtime and weekends (this was a Sunday).

I was dreading calling a plumber to clear a toilet drain for us. It's something we could have done ourselves but just really didn't want to. John was on time, friendly, quick, didn't try to add work to pad the bill, and charged a fraction what a traditional plumber would. We are in the process of building a 5400 sqft house and I'm looking forward to hiring him some of that work as well.

All my education and training is learning from experienced professionals and being hands on.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my hands when I was very young and have not looked back. I love what I do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to a couple different providers and don't do anything half ass. If your provider is telling you something and it does not feel right get a second opinion.
