What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are Licensed, Follow Local Building Codes. All of our Projects are Completed with Pricision, use Special Machines , we don't use a Hammer and a Chisel, Only Pricsion Cutters- Routers-Saws-Nailers-Lasers
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first provide on site estimates - free of charge. We then will provide customers with a lay out of all repairs with accurate pricing, customers can always choose which repairs to follow through with. Once customer knows what they want completed we will schedule them. All customers receive a reminder one day before project date, accurate eta, updates, and work progress notifications the day of project.
