Joey promptly responded to my inquiry on Thumbtack and when he heard my stressful situation, he genuinely wanted to help me. He responded fast, and he was able to come out for an in-home inspection the very next day. He answered all my questions and educated me on the issues in my bathrooms so I have an accurate understanding of the situation.
