Alex assessed the problem with our Bertazzoni oven and recommended to replace the control panel. However, after he reassembled the oven and left, we tested it, and it appeared to be working normally. When I reported this later, the company was ready to refund the payment I made toward the full repair and asked only for a modest fee to cover the diagnostic and actual work they did. The final fee was very reasonable. Although their initial assessment was not fully correct, they were forthright in adjusting the charges to match the work, communicated very well, and projected a strong sense of integrity and honesty in the way the transaction unfolded. I would use them again based only on this, but also, they demonstrated skill in opening up the oven, investigating the issue, and leaving it in good working condition.
