What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we discuss your ideas and I present my pricing--if you're comfortable and ready, I will create. your invoice detailing your design, setup and pick up time.
A 50% retainer fee is required to hold date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken several courses with leading Balloon artists in the industry! via Tuftex Conference, Balloon Occasions, and JPD Events.
