Sample choices were limited for us, especially the flooring. It seemed like most of the choices for shower wall, counter top, and flooring were in darker colors. I wanted light and bright. Water pressure in shower is less than expected. We couldn't get the fit for counter top and vanity, so had to settle for smaller vanity which left gaps on both sides of the vanity under the counter. We decided to go with one gap on the right side of the vanity. Our representative should have warned us that placing the gap only on one side would misalign the sink and mirror over the vanity. We had to have that moved once reconstruction began. There are some slight scratches on the finished surface of the counter top. Our representative, Farr Arjomandi, was not here, nor has he come by to see the finished project. Had to call Mr. Arjomandi, Monday, to see when the final inspection was going to be. He was supposed to come by between nine-thirty to ten on Wednesday, today, and we still have not heard from him. It's eleven-thirty now. We have another bathroom that needs remodeling, but I will not go with your company. The actual workers did a good job and were punctual, friendly, and compliant with our needed change in vanity movement.

I recently had my master bathroom completely remodeled. The materials are excellent and the job was basically done in 5 days. The bathroom was completely redone - vanity, shower, flooring & toilet. I absolutely love the completed bathroom. The men working were friendly and left the work area cleaned up each day. The job was completed on time and with no problems. Want a professional job without the pesky sales talk? How many sales people have you met that provided what you wanted and not what they wanted to sell you - but at least gave options to you so you could decide? EZ Baths is the company for you! I was looking for a barrier-free product for my wheelchair bound mother-a remodel that would be quick, cost effective, but nice looking. EZ Baths delivered what they promised, within the time-frame they projected and provided a quality and highly functional end result. There was sufficient communications to keep me abreast of the progress of the project. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We are very satisfied with our experience with EZBath. It was an uncomplicated process to get the project underway. We told Farr what we wanted ( a walk-in shower ), he showed us what he had ,we made our choices and the work was scheduled. Installation was originally supposed to take two days but there were some issues with some of the wood beneath, so basically it added 1/2 day to the process. Farr didn't try to up sell us and gave us what we asked for. We are very satisfied customers and I would recommend EZBath.
