Martin was able to come in a short notice & tried to fix the garage door but in the end there was too much to fix that it’s more economical to replace. Nick was very patient working with us on the pricing & was willing to match competitor’s price. We can’t comment on the job itself as it’s not completed yet but so far the people & process has been smooth.

Illia and Sam fixed our garage door springs today. This was their second visit. On the first visit, they gave us bids on the different options. Today, they did the install. They did a great job! Punctual, pleasant, not at all pushy, and they offered the most competitive deal. Such a pleasure to work with these two gentlemen! I recommend them without reservation.
Additional kudos to GDI Garage Doors: it's easy to work with them, they gave us several time slot options, and we received a 30 minute notice before Illia and Sam arrived.
I will definitely use GDI again if the need should arise!
