FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $125 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Larger or more complex projects are typically quoted at a flat rate based on scope, materials, and time required. Pricing can vary depending on the job, but everything is discussed and agreed upon upfront—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s needs and goals, then review the space and discuss options. Once we agree on the scope, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. I show up on time, keep the work area clean, and communicate throughout the project until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in property maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple systems including plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and general home improvements. I’ve worked in real-world conditions where accuracy, safety, and professionalism are required every day.
