- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To give a better estimate for me it's good to check what i'm about to do, and explain the costumer what it needs to do for they can understand how long it's going to take and give then a good estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well., its to try to send it a quote., but is obvious that the majority of the time its hard to give them a quote. Thats why we try to meet up with the costumer and try to see that type of work they want to do and see how big it is and try explain the process and after that i give the a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the education or training that I had for this type of work.,that today I dedicate. I starter 14yrs ago in a company that gives me the oportunity to learn new skills and new way to work in exterior house and interior house and learn also how to work with a costumer and that communication.
