The movers were very professional, thorough, careful and efficient. I would say it was the most pleasant moving experience I have had in a long time, and the pricing was reasonable.
I do have one small complaint, though I am still giving the review 5 stars. The cost of our job increased by 30% at the end of our move due to being charged for packing materials they used to help keep our belongings safe. They did explain in the beginning that we would be charged for any materials they used, and I do appreciate the care they used to ensure that everything we have remained in good condition.
That said, I found the charges to be excessive. $180 worth of tape, plastic wrap, blankets used to cover furniture and extra boxes to transport clothes we had in trash bags. This was for a 2-bedroom apartment that we had moved out of. Again, I think these guys were great, but they definitely overcharged for the packing materials.

Ontrack Moving & Storage was great! Me and my wife move from San Mateo there storage in Hayward and they were extremely efficient at moving and packing, Very happy we decided hire them instead of moving oursaleves.
