- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to do flat rate for my customers and most of them like it. Our guys are professional movers who work fast and efficient so we can finish your move quick and you can keep going with your normal life. I give a general quote at the beginning based on the description I get but as I get a more detailed one we can do it for a lower or higher price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a customer for a good description of the project so I can give an accurate quote. Once we have that we set up the date and time and book the job using thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over four years of experience doing moving and deliveries.
