Super responsive, helpful and gets the job done! Picked up a couch and delivered it and also picked up my U-Haul box and unloaded everything. Was very careful with all my stuff, very professional, and an excellent communicator! Highly recommend!!

These guys were easy to coordinate with and did a job well done. We bought a china hutch from a person in Brentwood and they delivered it it to our apartment in Walnut Creek within 45 minutes in great condition and they packaged it really well. The whole move was really easy and stress free so we highly recommend them for furniture moves. Price was very resonable too. Good job guys and thanks for all the help.

I have three things to say,
First, this company was fantastic. They were polite, respectful, and very efficient. They knew how to work difficult furniture through narrow doors, halls, and stairs. They also followed directions in regard to delicate items. For this i give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Secondly, they were very well priced for a full service, long distance move. I was quoted with a different company, for 2 movers, at $190 per hour, which did not include free furniture disassemble , and had some other surcharges for stairs and what not. But then, Enclair moving company swoops is with 3 movers, everything included, no surcharges or hidden fees for $150 per hour. For this i give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lastly, to all those "Karens" out there leaving 1 star reviews because they were. " late" then you obviously are not from the bay area. If you can anticipate a 2 hour bay area nightmare commute to work even though its 15 miles away, then you can anticipate and be understanding if a company is running late. Even though they were late by about 45 minutes, this is still "On time" for bay area standards. For this i give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would highly recommend this company, 15 stars is my rating.

Pavel and his crew of movers were awesome! Quick response for a quote - called and explained the move, which consisted of a 1 car garage filled with heavy furniture and all sizes of boxes, into my new place. The quote was a flat fee for the 50 mile move, load and unload. They arrived on time and loaded their truck in about half an hour or 45 minutes. At the new place, they unloaded the boxes into the garage, and the furniture pieces inside the house. They assembled my bed frame and positioned the other pieces in the rooms I wanted them in, with no damage at all. All in all, the entire move from start to finish took 2.5 hrs, including the drive time. Would definitely hire these guys again!

I was so impressed at how fast Pavel answered my thumbtack texts. But the best thing about his company's website questionnaire page, were the questions. They were the only company I researched that asked the questions that really allowed me to describe my small job.
For example: how many rooms? studio, 1,2,3,4,5 bedrooms, or just some things. BINGO! that was MY job: "just some things"
Another example: how many boxes? 1,2,3, etc., or no boxes. again BINGO! my job was "No boxes".
This company didn't charge me for each step the movers would take or charge me for every turn, either. This company didn't charge a truck fee, either. The movers were on time, wrapped my 3 piece tv cabinet from top to bottom with the clear wrap. My 6 mile move was not too small from him. His truck was clean, no dents. All the men were polite and cheerful. My husband has a property management company. He told them he will definitely put Mr. Pavel's company on our vendor list!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to do flat rate for my customers and most of them like it. Our guys are professional movers who work fast and efficient so we can finish your move quick and you can keep going with your normal life. I give a general quote at the beginning based on the description I get but as I get a more detailed one we can do it for a lower or higher price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a customer for a good description of the project so I can give an accurate quote. Once we have that we set up the date and time and book the job using thumbtack.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over four years of experience doing moving and deliveries.
